Waterproofing on terrace means that the water cannot run off the structure quickly, and will move slowly or pool above the surface, creating opportunities for leakage. The best way to waterproof a flat terrace is to utilize a waterproofing membrane. This is a thin layer of waterproof material that is continuous and offers no way for water to enter the structure. Good as an additive for economical waterproofing of roofs and terraces with a protective screen over it. Also used as repair mortar for concrete and masonry repairs like spalled concrete of floors, columns, beams, slabs, parapats etc.
